Bloom Law Firm also uses the American Bar Associations Uniform Task-Based Management System (UTBMS) to provide
clients with tools to manage their legal affairs and control legal costs. The UTBMS is designed to enable clients
to track by time and task, cost information on legal services. Using the UTBMS approach, a budget is established
for each matter assigned to the Bloom Law Firm and each task, such as discovery or dispositive motions, can be monitored
separately.
